Where your data rests
On entrosana's own server in Switzerland, with one encrypted backup copy at Cloudflare R2. Processing is a separate matter: delivery runs through Cloudflare (USA), the code lives at GitHub (USA), and mail to [email protected] is read by Claude, a language model run by Anthropic (USA). Where the pages say «Swiss/EU», they mean where stored data rests, not the seat of every provider that processes it.
What is public
Every account with a name has a public page: name, standing, picture, organisation or school, role, the line about you, biography, place, a contact address you set yourself, website, languages, the date you joined, published modules, public journal entries and public files. Never your sign-in address. Published modules carry your name under the AGPL-3.0, and the catalogue file lives in the code repository at GitHub.
The mailboxes are at Proton (Switzerland). Mail to [email protected], reports included, is read by entrosana's own software and passed to Claude to sort it and draft replies; people decide what goes out. Mail to [email protected] is read by people.
What you can do yourself
- Export everything the Hub holds about you as JSON.
- Change or empty every profile field, remove the picture, change or delete journal entries, delete files.
- Erase your account; you choose whether published modules keep your name.
- Withdraw an undecided proposal on its status page.
For anything else write to [email protected]; the answer comes within 30 days. You may complain to the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner in Bern or, in the EU, to your supervisory authority. No automated decisions are made about you.
Children and schools
The Hub holds no pupil accounts and no pupil data. Teachers and schools register as adults, and a module report names the group, never the child. The processing register is available on request at [email protected].
Who else receives data
Cloudflare, Inc., USA (delivery, security, tunnel, one encrypted backup copy); Proton AG, Switzerland (mail); GitHub, Inc., USA (the code repository, which includes the catalogue with published contributors' names); Anthropic, PBC, USA (the language model that reads the sygnif@ mailbox).
